    It’s great when you want it to go along with another martial art like you’re doing. But alone, it’s more philosophy and principle than a martial art.

    Most JKD schools are McDojos that sell Bruce Lee’s name to wide-eyed people who want to be like Lee.
    JKD as martial art is a misconception anyway since there’s no martial art called Jeet Kune Do in the first place. JKD is Bruce Lee’s martial art philosophy. His martial art style is called Jun Fan Gung Fu.

    Go find yourself a good kungfu school with strong lineage or go with good BJJ school.
    There are lots of good sound dojos and schools out there, don’t get sucked in to fads martial art like Krav Maga, JKD or ninjutsu.
