What is a good book on chi gong (qi gong, chi Kung) that includes illustrations?

Looking for exercises to do in the mornings to get my energy flowing. Nothing too complicated but am open to suggestions. Thanks

You can find more information by looking for books on tai chi chuan… The Mandarin term t’ai chi ch’uan literally translates as “supreme ultimate fist”, “boundless fist,” “great extremes boxing”, or simply “the ultimate” (note that ‘chi’ in this instance is the Wade-Giles of Pinyin jí, not to be confused with the use of ch’i / qì in the sense of “life-force” or “energy”). The concept of the “supreme ultimate” appears in both Taoist and Confucian Chinese philosophy where it represents the fusion or mother[3] of Yin and Yang into a single ultimate, represented by the Taijitu symbol.

Also, there was an encyclopedia of Acupuncture for 3 years, but to find it now would be to order it out of print… You will only find this through a collage library connection as well…

The roots of the Dim mak are in the monks who first taught t’ai chi ch’uan and could not carry weapons… I know, and if you believe you will learn what I have shared without saying!
