i’m thinking of wing chun, jeet kune do or tai chi
They’re all very graceful, but also check into Shaolin.

tai chi or preying mantis
If it were me i would go with Wing Chun.
Very practical and easy style to learn
It depends on what is available in your area.
I prefer the Taoist internal martial arts (Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing-I, Bagua, Qigong.)
If you choose Tai Chi, it will be probably some time before you get into martial applications. You also need to find a school that teaches martial applications.
Martial Tai Chi is usually called Tai Chi Chuan.
I play Tai Chi Chuan.
