Mi Zhong Lohan – Lost Track Buddha Palm
Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu.
Traditional Shaolin Kung fu is gone from Shaolin, and most of china. Those masters left when kung fu was outlawed and people with knowledge of chi were sought after for their knowledge. Shaolin was rebuilt with no spiritual priciples and with “wushu” that was a MMA bullcrap mix or different kung fu styles in an effot to unify the people of china. Only recently has the core spiritual values of Shaolin started to return, but the “old style” is rare. Tradtional Shaolin Masters are scattered thoughout the world and only “few” are left. The entire lineage of those great arts rest on the shoulders of few. There are a few people hidden throughout the world that know the entire requirements for shaolin still alive. 64 forms for the basic monk, 64 more for the offshoot styles that refine the basic forms that were taught to the higher masters, and an unknown limited amount taught to the very few grandmasters. These people you gotta travel for though, they dont advertise and are so rare you can count them on one hand. Their students that are less skilled are more known and more avail.

Karate and Kung Fu are not the same thing. Karate is Japanese in origin and Kung Fu is Chinese in origin. And now outlawed in China. Go figure.
