how can i relieve tension in my legs with meditation and yoga?

when i go to market places or in front of many people i feel tension in my legs and i feel it difficult to walk around and to stay at a particular place for sometime.

  1. Yes..you can relieve tension with yoga. Just focus on that part of your body and tell yourself to relax your muscles. Let the tension out from your hips to your toes. You should feel it travel, releasing the tension. Make sure you are in a room with no distractions or noise. You should be laying flat on your back no shoes on your feet.
