   All kinds. I use focal props like candles and stones and prayer beads. There is a gnostic rosery which some use today from novus spiritus chruch that I have attended way back.

   It just really depends on what we meditate on. It varies really. I like good meditation music from depok chopra.

   All forms of meditation are acceptable. Like virtually everything else in gnosticism, it is entirely up to the individual. I personally do not practice meditation but I’m sure it is a useful thing for many people.

   I can only spoke for me, I don´t need any kind of meditation only time for relax its different because I don´t have any mystic connection. Gnostic mind believe in what you can proof, of course many thinks you can proved like God, ghost, life after death and many more; in this particular cases my answer is “we don´t have enough facts to prove or improve the questions, forget the question and what´s next”.
   Some people maybe think is dangerous not have fear of God ( God not god only for respect to religious people), I do think you obey the law for many reason like be nice or part of the community or simple because you don´t want to go to jail.
