I work in a company that follows Maharishi ideas… if anyone knows him, any way they started telling us to practice transcendental meditation.
I did it for a month but didn’t like it at all, so I wanted to quit but my boss made a big problem of it.
should I keep trying?
No. Any job that would require you to do any type of religious meditation (TM is part of Hare Krishna and other Indian religions) is not worth staying at. I would leave!

TM is not a part of Hare Krishna at all, but if you don’t like it, don’t do it. If you like your job, just keep quiet about it and don’t do it. If you don’t like your job, quit.
We shouldn’t be pressured into anything that is against our inclination.

I was trained TM when I was a child. It works. But it also opens your mind to mental suggestion and brainwashing. I would be careful.

TM was a fad that caught on during the 1970s but there is nothing magical about it. It is simply a fancy way of saying you are sitting and thinking. Anyone can do that with or without a mantra and with or without your legs crossed in the lotus position. It is a sham.
