I’m trying to find a studio that has Stott Pilates. I have a bad back and a lady I met told me Stott was good for the spine.
Any opinions on pilates in Houston, TX?

Since people normally do pilates to improve their health, this begs the question of why on earth you want to do it in Houston. You might as well smoke while going for a jog.
My opinion would be to do Pilates in California.
