yes, it really does. It helps you get a nice and strong body and a good poisture. It is also helpful for piece of mind cause you increase your ability to consentrate
It will not reduce alot of fat though. The treadmill will be more helpful – do that in addition a couple of times pr week to get the best result ! – along with a change in eating habits.

My mom does pilates and she loved it, It is a great addition to Cardio and you should totally see results. I would look online for a program that will fit you and buy the DVD.

You want to balance everything, strength training, cardio, and flexibility. Pilates is great, it incorporates strength and flexibility. Weight training is very important. In increases bone density and muscle burns more calories at rest.
