Yes, the tapes work great. But… only if you actually use them as recommended!

yes, when i’m working out i always remind myself that at least i’m moving my body and not sitting on the couch on the computer…and pilates and yoga rock…you build strength. mobility and tone your body, keep it up!

I have the windsor pilates and other pilates dvds but I do not do them regularly enough. I can tell you that when pilates first became popular my husband’s cousin lost mega weight doing them and improved her whole posture. So I saw first hand that it can work…I’m just too damn lazy to do it on a regular schedule.
