its very relaxing and if you do it correctly and regularly then it really can be beneficial. its not very intense though so if youre looking for something that is, dont go with it. personally, i like it.
Put it this way it depends on your size whether your doing it to tone up or to lose weight and slim down.
If you are a heavier person and try doing Windsor pilates its like being a beached whale stuck on your back kicking your legs in the air whereas a slimmer girl it looks like exercise.
Its not as easy for a heavier person to do a majority of the exercises.
If you are heavier I would recommend walking/treadmill and slimming down somewhat first before using Windsor Pilates.
