Toning up in 2 weeks?

I know these questions get asked all the time…but do you think that I would be able to tone up hardcore and lose 5-10lbs in exactly 2 weeks? I’m planning on eating healthy only, with a low amount of calories and doing about 30min of yoga or pilates plus some sort of cardio like running or walking. What do you think my chances are? I’m about 5’6, 141lbs, and i’d like to get down to at least 135lbs and be able to show my stomach. :D …2 weeks.

  1. TWO WEEKS WITH THIS MUCH OF WORKOUT IS FINE. BUT REMEMBER TO KEEP TAKING LOTS OF WATER. GENERALLY THE FALL IN WEIGHT IS DUE TO THE FALL IN WATER PERCENTAGE IN OUR BODY. WATER MAKES 70 PERCENT OF OUR BODY WEIGHT. SO IF YOU ARE LOSING WEIGHT, KEEP TAKING WATER.
    IN YOGA EXERCISES, YOU MUST DO SURYA NAMASKAR. IT WORKS THE BEST.
    THE INTENSITY OF EXERCISE SHOULD BE INCREASED SLOWLY. AND DON’T FORGET TO DO STRETCHING BEFORE ANY WEIGHTS.
