From trying all three I can tell you they will all work if you actually put the DVD in and use it on a regular basis. Personally, I like the Turbo Jam series. It is upbeat, not irritating or boring, and can help you burn a ton of calaries per work out.

me and my sister are using this and we both have lost 25 pds.we tried the pilates and it is too slow paced for me.never heard of turbo jam
my vote goes to pilates… especially for females I’ve found that it not only strengthens your core but it builds female muscles and gives you a lovely shape…
