I haven’t done the 20 minute workout, but I do teach Pilates. I can say that your stomach will get very strong very quickly with Pilates, as it targets the core(abs) muscles. When I took the training, I couldn’t do the exercises, now I can teach several classes a day, your ab muscles are quick to respond. Hope this helps some…
