Can I download the application for my black belt???

I need to get the application for my black belt in WTF taekwondo. I don’t have a scanner, can I download this somewhere?

    Your school should provide you with this application. WTF is the world regulating body of the Kukkiwon. Whatever country you live in should have a WTF chapter. If you don’t have a current school contact the WTF chapter of your country and tell them what you need.
