  3. ours have changed sometimes but only small changes Sometimes our TKD master decides to make a small change to the movements in the pattern

  4. patterns never change as they are set by wtf . sometimes the way changes as they focus on the details of how to do it but not the moves

  5. Sometimes masters have made changes in certain forms because many tae kwon do forms are linear by nature and by adding some more circularity, or circular movements, you get a little more real world application.

  6. Yes. The patterns do change. From the earilest beginings of Tae Kwon Do, the patterns were established as a way of self defense because most in acient Korea was not allowed to have weapons for fear of revolt. According to the lessons I have had and all the information I can find, I have yet to find any documentation that states the patterns MUST remain the same. Furthermore, martial arts is like the Earth, ever chaning. No two instructors can do or teach exactly the same nor can any two students learn and prefom exactly the same.
