Help please?

I was out rollerblading with my friends a couple days ago, and ever since then, my left leg has been stiff and sore. This is a real disadvantage when I’m trying to participate in my Taekwondo lesson. Oh, and I also fell about ten times while skating, so is there anyway to get rid of bruises and stiffness quickly?

For the stiffness, should I try taking a hot bath?

  1. Try a hot bath with Epsom Salts. You can find it at any pharmacy or Walmart type store in the pharmacy section. It really helps to relieve tension and stiffness.
    To help get rid of bruises quicker, take a potassium suppliment. Or, funny as this sounds, make a wrap over your bruises using a banana peel, skin side out.

  2. your muscles is busy healing itself from all those falls. the best thing to do is rest as much as you can and a nice bath would help. they might even have different medicine you can take to help with the stiffness and soreness. check your local drug store.
