Techno works incredibly. I don’t know specific titles, but we use a few. One we have used for three years and it still works, though it may be rotating out soon. Sad… Tear… I like it. I’m done now. You just need to search the genre for what fits your needs though. May the Stars light your path.

It’s kind of cheesy, but: the ‘Mortal Kombat’ theme would be good.

Try, My Chemical Romance’s hit song; “Helena” I am a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo, and in all our demonstrations, I use songs along the beat and pace of that one. It has worked for me. (Don’t worry, there are no swear words in “Helena”)

I have used many different songs for martial arts demonstrations throughout the years for variety, but the ones that I would recommend are:
For sparring / Fight Sceen :
Crystal Method – Replacement Killers / Matrix Soundtrack
Machinehead – Bush
For breaking :
The song goes by a few different names : Confusion by New Order, but it is better known as Blood Rave from the Blade The Movie Soundtrack
For Kicking Combinations or Flashy techniques:
Sandstorm by DaRude (cut out the middle part where it slows down) or No Limit by 2Unlimited
For Forms:
John Williams’s Last of the Mohicans Main Theme is great for building up the tempo. Just cut out the first 40 seconds, it is TOO slow.
Some other songs that are techno remixes of popular songs that people enjoy to keep in mind for any other uses:
Poison – Groover Coverage
Run to You – Pascal vs Bryan Adams
Sweet Dreams – DJ Markski
Crazy Train (Techno Remix) – No Artist Name but not the Trick Daddy and Lil John verision (That has profanity)
Eye of the Tiger (Techno) – Not the Ice Cube version.
Flying High – Rocky Theme
You may need to cut out some of the slow fluff in parts of the songs, but they are full of energy and draws attention to the demonstration.
I usually play a song or two BEFORE the demonstration to give people a chance to come over to the demonstration to see what the commotion is all about. My team does some warm up kicks and pad kicking before the actual demo.
I hope that this helps a bit.
