abs! help!?

okay so i think im buring fat off my abs but im not sure, i need to get in shape like in 4 months, cuz im going to the beach and i needs pecs and abs if i go 3 times a week for 1- 2 hrs and im taking an abs class how do u think i will do, i lost 100 pounds and now i want to lose that last layer of fat and get muscle, cuz im sorta skin bones and like a layer of fat, but in certain places, cuz i worked out but then i stopped. and were can i buy a pilates video, i live in canada so like were can i get a video like that? like HMV or something? thanks

What else could make you miss your period other than being pregnant?

I joined the gym about 4 months ago to lose 20 lbs and stay fit. About 2 months ago, I started taking pilates and kickboxing at the gym also. Now my period for this month never came. I took 2 pregnancy tests just to make sure that it said I wasn’t pregnant. So my question is…what else causes you to miss your period? could it be the gym?.
For the record, I’m in my early 20′s!

I need help losing weight please help?

Hi my name is Melanie, I am 20 years old and I am currently around 147 pounds. Over the past 2 years I have lost 40 pounds +, the problem is that I have hit a huge plateau for the past 4 months, in fact I have gained weight back.

I have kicked up my diet and my activity/excercise and I am getting fatter. How is this possible?

I am 4’11 and I have a messed up right knee, although I am very athletic I can not jog or run for excercise, because it strains my knee. I can however do pilates, play baseball, tennis, etc.

I am an extremeley picky eatter, but I am willing to do anything to lose the weight.

I need a new plan of attack to get into shape. Any ideas??? Please help.

I just had a baby 4 months ago. I cant seem to drop these last 20 pounds of weight even with exercise. Advice?

Ive done the soup diet and pilates. cant shake last 20 pounds.
