Ok, so I had a baby about a year ago, and still can’t seem to shed the pregnancy weight! A friend of mine told me that I must first re-tone the abdominal muscles before even thinking about getting rid of the fat! So, my question is: what are some exercised you can recommend? I’m doing crunches, sit-ups…the standards. ANyone have any other suggestions? Do yogo or pilates help?
