What should I do in my Black Belt Demonstration?

I have to do a formal program (showy demonstration – a time to show off my skills) in front of an audience to officially attain my Black Belt in Karate. In addition to forms, I have to do defense against multiple attacks, board breaking, and something creative to wow the audience. My biggest strength is my power, I have a great front kick and crescent kick, and I want to have an original theme. I was hoping I could get some creative ideas???? Any cool ideas for board breaks too??

Is this a bad thing to study so much?

Right now Im learning Wing Chun as my primary martial art as well as tai chi push hands and chi gong In addition to these ill be learning brazillian jujitsu and eskrima as well. My main focus is wing chun I study it longer and practice more often than the other arts. but do you think this is too much stuff to be learning at once? I dont think so I mean when I practice one i dont practice any of the others and get them all mixed up I just really like martial arts.

Tai Chi or Yoga?

I am going to be taking Weight Training in college this summer I am wondering if Yoga or Tai Chi would be a good class to take in addition to this. Which one would match better, what are the benefits that one has and the other does not? And which is less lame for a guy to be doing?

Also I’m into martial arts, mostly Judo. If either would be beneficial for that.

How can I take off my post-menopause weight gain?

I’ve been dieting my whole life and know most of the traditional diet tips. My eating habits are not always the greatest – I nosh “healthy” foods between meals (boredom, emotions) in addition to 3 low fat low carb meals. I count calories and do 1200 on a good day, 1600 on an off day. I exercise fairly regularly 3x weekly walking 1 hour, 2x Pilates and 1x exercise class with weights. I feel good but haven’t been able to take off the middle age “tires”. Last year I managed to take off 10 pounds, but seem to have put them back on again. I feel discouraged and don’t like the way I loook in clothes now. Any ideas?
