Whats the best way to loose inches, i want to burn fat before i tone?

I have a slow motabolism, while i dont consider myself fat i would like to be slimmer, i have tried lots of diets but they all work for a little while then they stop working, and i end up putting what i have lost plus more on. Ive tried different excersice too, tae-bo, pilates, aerobics, and gym machines but nothing really works, i found pilates made me loose cms but it toned the fat ontop and i still had bulges.
I want to loose
4 kilos
14cm off my hips
10cm off each thigh
10cm off my waist
and 10cm off my lower abdomen area.

What is the best way to do this for someone with a slow motablism, i dont eat alot at all and i consider myself pretty healthy, i only indulge a few times a month or on special occasions. What is the best way to burn this extra fat off???

Dancing for fun?

I’m looking for a place just to dance for fun, perhaps modern dance or hip/hop-jazz in the Lincolnton/Denver area of North Carolina. Does anyone know a place? Could it be possible that the YMCA has classes like that? Not yoga or pilates or aerobics. Just dancing for fun.

what will pilates do for me?

at the moment im trying to lose some lower belly fat and tone up, so ive been trying to eat healthier and incorporate some cardio (tennis, running, aerobics) in my routine… but i still cant seem to get rid of the stubborn lower belly fat!! any ideas?

i was thinking of starting up pilates (the one on the jeanette jenkins workout dvd) … but i was just wondering if this is going to help me lose the lower belly fat or if its just going to tone up the muscle underneath the fat (like ab crunches…)??

I want to teach aerobics. Where to start?

I have looked online and see a lot of sites for at home certification/learning/test… is this the right way?

I already am physically active and participate in aerobics and yoga, pilates, etc.

Tips to help me lose 10 kgs in three months!?

I’m 5’0, and I want to reach my goal weight of 40kg in at least three months. I exercise daily, doing cardio aerobics for about 2 hours. I eat fruits for breakfast, then have a proper lunch, but just veges for dinner. I cut out chocolates and potato chips from my diet. I also drink gallons of water everyday. I am planning to take up pilates too. Do you think I can do it in three months? If not, how can I improve my weight loss plan?
