I got a book that talked about both of them. Both can be used as martial arts, but Tai Chi had pictures of mostly girls, and Aikido had pictures of mostly guys. I’m a guy, and I don’t know which one to choose.

Aikido or Jujitsu, Which do you think is better.?
I like both arts and really like the submission, throwing styles the best. I have a extensive background in wrestling also. I studied Goju ryu karate a while back but I want to get away from that style.

Martial arts Class in Greenville, OH?
A class combining Kung Fu, Gung Fu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Aikido, Wrestling, Joint locks and Breaks, Tae Kwon Do, weapons training. I also focus highly on the philosiphy part of Martial arts. ok, let me rephrase what I wrote. Anyone who knows about Blruce Lee, knows he took what he thought to be the best of all styles and use what he could(what was practical) and discard what wasnt, that is what I did. My style if called Qi Tae Kwon Ryu(School of centering yourself with your hands and feet. That is what I teach, it is real defense for real life.
What are the differences in the following martial arts?
Aikido, Judo, Jujutsu, Karate, Taekwondo and Tai Chi. Stuff like if it’s attacking or defencive. What muscles is it good for etc.
