I’m pretty sure my legs are the same length, I just got crooked overtime. Can this be corrected.? I have heard yoga and pilates can help with alignment. How long will it take? Any other suggestions to get aligned. Have you successfully fixed this problem for yoursefl?
I’m not really interested in chiropractors. I’d rather try to dorrect in with stretching and strengthening, regaining muscle balance.
I will probably see an orthopedist, to make sure I don’t have leg length differences.
