Ballet for a karate guy?

I’m fairly adept in ways regarding certain martial art type kinds of movement. Since nothing in the way of legitimate martial arts schools is available where I am presently living, I have considered the possibility of enrolling in ballet classes for the purpose of improving my karate guy skills. I’m a little concerned about being the only male in a class of younger females who will probably think I’m gay.

Why do people hate Taekwondo so much?

Why do people hate Taekwondo so much? I mean…it’s just like any other martial art. I take Taekwondo and nothing is wrong with that. What is the reason? I don’t understand that. Everyone thinks that Taekwondo is just a bunch of flashy kicks. Can you prove that? Have you ever seen Taekwondo, the original, (not just the olympic sport) in hand to hand combat? What’s your opinion about Taekwondo and why?
But remember, I’m not talking about Mcdojos.
I’m talking about the real thing. Especially in Korea. In Korea, they take it seriously. Just like any other martial art.

Which is a more powerful martial art, Shaolin Kung Fu or Jujitsu?

I want to start martial arts but i’m caught between these two which from what i’ve always studied about Japanese and Chinese history, are the most powerful martial arts from the country they come from, China= Kung Fu, Japan= Jujitsu. So which is more powerful?

I saw this piece of art in a Kung Fu movie, it has rising sun as background with mt. fuji in foreground?

The movie was like from the 60s or early 70s and it had a large mural painting of what i am guessing is Mt. Fuji in the foreground and in lieu of a sky, it is the old Japanese flag (rising sun, the one that is red with the red light-rays). I can’t remember what movie it was or anything else about it, but does anyone have any clues or places i may look to find a picture of this piece?
