The opening and closing camands are in Korean, and yes we do have to learn to count to 10 in Korean. But why make it a fight?
my wife is trying to practice her 3rd degree form for ata tkd, however she is having problems with some of the stance and would like to find a video of it done properly or even volume 13 of the “the way of traditional taekwondo” if possible. going to the instructor or local ata school is not an option right now.

ok i am pretty good but i cant seem to get my 1st degree black belt form down so i was wondering if anyone had any tips about this or if you could give me tips on sparring beacuse i am not the greatest and i need ways to score and help on speed…
