I want to know it I need to do another form of exercise or if Pilates is enough to burn the extra fat on my butt, belly, and thighs???? I want to have a lean, toned body. Please help!!
I am not trying to lose weigh, just exchange fat for muscle.
at the moment im trying to lose some lower belly fat and tone up, so ive been trying to eat healthier and incorporate some cardio (tennis, running, aerobics) in my routine… but i still cant seem to get rid of the stubborn lower belly fat!! any ideas?
i was thinking of starting up pilates (the one on the jeanette jenkins workout dvd) … but i was just wondering if this is going to help me lose the lower belly fat or if its just going to tone up the muscle underneath the fat (like ab crunches…)??

i want to start up pilates as a way to shape up. and get rid of some belly fat that i dont want. but my question is will it really work? i have seen all the stuff on tv that says it will work, but i have a hard time believing what the tv says so if it has or hasnt worked for you please let me know. and if it hasnt worked for you… some other ideas of how to shape up would be great!
