I studied karate for a short time, and I always heard that if you’re a black belt, you have to register with the police, and if someone picks a fight, you have to tell them you’re a black belt. Are these true ?

taekwondo belt?
hi, i’d like to learn taekwondo, but i’m 14 and i feel like a white belt girl at 14 is a bit embarassing… so i’m just wondering, how fast can i… “move” to the green belt/red belt/black belt??
i’m 14 years old, normal height, has a bunyon foot,a bit aggressive, best at sports, pro at soccer(i’m telling you this cause i think it might help with the kickings and stuff?), a bit shy,

Taekwondo Belt Order?…?
I’m really interested in martial arts, more like fighting. I’ve put interests in Taekwondo, and i would like to know the belt’s meaning and color in order… like For an example: White, Yellow, Green, Red… White means this, yellow means that… blah blah blah… Oh and i heard that there are still more levels to go through once you get your first black belt? help!!
