Natural ways to increase progesterone in the female body?

For the last 5 months I have been getting my period every 40 to 50 days versus my usual 28 to 32 days. My gyno says I am not producing enough Progesterone and should perhaps take a pill called “Provera” to help with this and to regulate my period again. Honestly I am hoping that it goes back to the way it use to be without having to take any pills. I did not have a good experience with birth control so I am very hesitant in taking any hormones. I would rather do something natural. Perhaps a slight change in diet, more exercise, Yoga, aromatherapy..things of this nature which I hear can help. I suffer from IBS and GERD so I am almost certain that the change in diet and lifestyle I have had to make over the last year or so have contributed to these irregular periods. I was fairly sick over the last year as I tried to get control of my IBS and GERD, which have both improved greatly in the last year. My period seems to be the problem now, which in turn is making my GERD and IBS act up.

In a great state of disrepair(I need help)?

I am a pretty active person, however due to a few injuries, and time constraints, I had to stop doing extracurriculars that kept my weight off, such as Taekwondo(I have a black belt, but never lost any weight and trained my butt OFF), also raced atv’s for 7 years(that did keep me in shape). I used to be in real good shape but the past 6 months or so I’ve gained up to 20 pounds(I got married and started birth control). I have little time to start at a gym, however, I do enjoy walking and doing my aerobic exercises we did in TKD. What other things do you suggest(no drugs), to help me get back into shape? By the way my injury was a sternum fracture and it is hard for me to take hits like I used to(reason I got out of tkd). I enjoy kickboxing but there is nothing offered around here. Help? Thanks!!!
p.s, My average weight while I was “active” was 120-130lbs, I’m 5’4 and had a lot of muscle tone(esp. legs). Now I’m 140 with a gut!!!!

Why do I have this? Women only pls?

Hi all, so i am 5’6, weigh 120lbs and im caucasion. I dont eat crap food, i dont injest lots of dairy or chocolate or candy. I eat healthy and do cario on mondays and 2 yoga/pilates classes 2x a week. I have cellulite all over my butt and upper thighs. Ive tried biotherms creams and cellulite treatment and its not going away, i have to literally bend over to make the appearance go away, why do I have this problem still? Im not on birth control either. What can i do to get rid of it?

how much excersize is enough?

im 5’5.5 and 131 lbs. i used to weigh 120 before birth control. and now im trying to get back to 120. i eat healhy (fruits, vegies, nuts, salads, whole grains, no animal products really), i drink enough water a day, i dont really sleep enough but that can’t change. one thing that i am unsure of is how much excersize is needed daily, or in that case weekly. im hoping to lose 10 lbs within 2 months or 3.

right now im doing 40 minutes of pilates daily, ab toning videos, and strength training. its too hot to add cardio in, and a gym or pool is not accesible. once it cools down (currently this summer has been 108-110 100% humidity) i want to run 30 minutes a day. is that good? is what im doing right now OK.. even though its just musle building? what do you recommend in regards to exercize daily and weekly?
