which is cooler and more effective shaolin kung fu all styles or baguazhang,xingyiquan,and taichi all styles ?

im a fan of both my body type fits both of them ive tryed shaolin kung fu but i want to control my chi/chalkra/qi so which one helps u control ur own life force more
for chinese martial arts students only
i also want to see if palm thrusts are effective in combat

Is it atually possible to control your so called “chi” energy to do great feats because on fight quest i saw Shaolin Kung Fu and one of the guys put 5 spears under his body without even getting a scratch

how often and for how long should ‘I’ exercise..?

I am 13 yrs old, 5′2 and 98 pounds. Everbody says I’m skinny but what they don’t see is that I have some fatty body parts that needs to be worked on (eg. waistline; used to be 24 inches; now 27). For short, I have gained weight.

I do exercise 6 times a week (pilates & cardio), 60-120 hours per session. I just wanted to ask how often should I exercise with my case for faster results.

I have a slightly big belly. I don’t want to do very strenuous exercices and want to know what to eat?

I am 13 and am tall. My height is 170cm (5′ 7″). My weight is about 55 kilos (120 odd lbs). I don’t want to give my body harsh punishments as it is bad for the system. I want to know what kind of food to eat. And what kind of exercises should I do? Is yoga a good option? What do I do lose weight only in the stomach? I also have big thighs. PLZ HELP!!!!!!
