Strength Training tips/nutrition.?
I am about to start a strength training regimen, I currently take Taekwondo which is 90% Endurance training. I am vary slim and wanted to put on some extra muscle. I have a cross bow strength machine and am about to start working out on it daily.
Anyway, my main question is that I haven’t never really got into body building and wanted to know what supplements I need to take. I heard whey protein and creative, is that true? I hope to see results in a month or two. I want some good supplements but I don’t want to have to put out A LOT of money for them, I see most the things on GNC sells for between 40 to 80 a bottle!

I am looking for some easy low fat recipies that still have some taste. Nothing that is bland and dull taste.?
My husband and I are going to loose weight together. He uses the bow flex and i tread mill and pilates class. He loves meat and potatoes and some vegitables. I love chicken fish and most vegitables. But everything i find is all vegis. Want something that is flavorful and easy to make. Like we love mexican and italian dishes. And also looking for easy things that are low fat for lunches. noting too heavy for meals. Any web sights or ideas.
