A great 10 minute workout to burn the extra calories. Pilates with Lara Hudson is amazing and it only takes 10 minutes. 10 minutes a day should be enough if you stay persistent and continue doing it. Everybody has 10 minutes a day, so get going and get the sexy body you want!
