Help Toning up w/o diet?

I want to tone up and define my legs and butt mostly. I also would like to define my arms more w/o bulk. I eat 2-3 times a day, a regular portion, and 1 serving of food. (no special meals only what i want) I am not a candy or junk eater. I was wondering if i work out 4 times a week and jog 3 times out of that week with 3lbs weights, will i tone and define my body w/o muscle bulk in the next two months. Any suggestions?

Oh yea i do pilates 4 times out that week also.

i heard this somewhere before but i dont know if it is true?

can i take up “tae kwun do” as a form of meditation and to learn how to kick butt! and to relieve stress

*CLICK HERE FOR A FREE WEIGHT LOSS WORKBOOK* www.erinhuggins.com Erin Huggins brings you three more great pilates exercises for your butt. This series focuses on the lateral gluts or hips. This routine is also really great for people with low back issues. It’s good to do this before moving on to a more advanced butt workout. It’s still and amazing pilates butt routine, it’s just that it is more focused on body alignment. The butt and gluts are a really challenging body part for most of us girls! I understand belive me. I am always working on getting my butt and legs smaller, sexier and more toned. It takes a lot of repetitions. Keep doing the butt exercises and you will see change soon. www.erinhuggins.com Good luck!!

Recommended Martial Arts for excercise and general fitness?

I’ve been doing the same routine for some time (shooting hoops a few days a week) to stay healthy and I’ve become a little bored and uninspired, and as a result I’ve skipped my “play nights” to sit around and do nothing. 10lbs later I’ve decided to change things up and thought that some sort of martial arts might do the trick. I figure being in a class enviroment would help motivate me, get me back into shape and maybe even have a little fun. Im not looking to be competitive (even though i do have a mean competitive streak so who knows), or to really learn about kickin butt, but simply as a fitness tool.

Is there a martial art that fits these requirements? Would full contact sports like Boxing, Muy Thai or that-intense-Israeli- self-defense – is-called be best? or would something a little more “art” based like Shaolin Kung Fu or Aikido be more suitable? Or even go something more weapons based like Kendo or Fencing?

Any advice is appreciated.
