i m a male age 22.Because of continuous sitting my body posture is very awkward. my hips r very broad, i think the hip bone(pelvic bones) angle is increased and looks like that of woman`sand butts r almost like water ballons. how should i get them in shape. what exercise should i do. should i try yoga or jim exercises. its really humilating to have hips like this. plz give me some suggestions.
