i heard they were illegal but i wonder is it ok to own if it only stays home or for kung fu. i need evidence on some site i can find and i dont mean nunchuks as in foam. so is it legal in california? or do they mean that its only illegal if viewed by public like airsoft guns
I get mostly A’s in school, I participate in activites such as varsity sports, orchestra, band, and karate, volunteer work. I also took many honors and AP courses and got high grades in those. HOWEVER, my SAT scores are terrible (in the 430-480 range) and I don’t think I can get into the elite colleges
I wanted to go to with those scores. What are my alternatives?

I am in pro per against Progressive Insurance over an injury suffered four years ago. I won their summary judgement and motlion to strike punitive damages motions. My foot is still fucked up, despite therapy, chiropractry and accupuncture. Days after the accident my doctor prescribed anti depressants effexxor and trazodone, because i could no longer depend on walking, running , hiking, which I had used eight years ago to get off the Prozac I had been usin for five years. I was clean of anti depressants for eight years, substituting plhysical regime, running, walking, hiking, vigorous sports activities. I have failed in attempts to get off these drugs, too scary and sickening, and want professional rehab, because i think with my new found yoga, tai chi, and meditation i can do it, but so many suicides listed from effesor withdrawl, i want professional help.
that runs about fifty thousand dollars, one month inpatient and outpatient care. how much should i ask for in court?

I recently moved here from California and will be here until mid-July. I am looking for a dance studio or instruction in either modern, jazz, ballet, hip-hop or all of the above. Also, any yoga or pilates classes would be great.
