I can’t seem to lose the weight!!!!?

I’ve been tring to lose weight for months but my weights dosen’t move, am I eating to many calories? I eat around 1500-1700 a day and exercise around 2 hours a day, 50 mins strenght training, 40 mins on a bike, and 20 mins pilates, that burn arounds 500-590 calories. So to lose 10 lbs should i lower my calorie intake?

On a calorie deficit…but no weight loss?

Well I’m not overweight but I have a few lbs I would like to lose (extra ab fat, x.x) I”m 14/female n it says with the way I am active (I do taekwondo,walk briskly 35 min home everyday, train basically everyday, and do a bunch of mixed cardio.) that I should be eating 2,200 calories a day. Well I have been eating about 1,400-1,500 and everything I eat is followed by good dietary guidelines. I even start to cut out a ton of grains in my diet. I don’t understand how I’ve been doing this for months that I still have lost weight.
*NOTE: I drink atleast 8 cups of water a day

what is the right proportion of nutrients in 1200 calorie diet (carbs, vitamins, protien etc etc)?

I am 25 year old and want to reduce weight, i curently weight over 300 pounds and want to reduce 15 – 20 pounds a month, Is that possible? Can YOGA help me? How many calorie can walking and jogging reduce in one hour? I dont want to harm my body by starving but i dont want to exceed a diet of 1200 calories a day. I can stay on a full vegetarian diet, What should i eat? What kind of excercise i should do. How many minutes a day? Appreciate if you could answer my querie

300 kcals a day??

how quick can i lose 10lbs with 300 kcals a day and pilates twice a week, and i day cardio?? please dont tell me to do it slow because i really dont have the time, has anyone tried a very low calorie diet??? is diet pills to speed up your metabolism good do they actually work?? im 5 foot 4 and weigh 130 lbs, need to lose weight for a wedding
