abs! help!?

okay so i think im buring fat off my abs but im not sure, i need to get in shape like in 4 months, cuz im going to the beach and i needs pecs and abs if i go 3 times a week for 1- 2 hrs and im taking an abs class how do u think i will do, i lost 100 pounds and now i want to lose that last layer of fat and get muscle, cuz im sorta skin bones and like a layer of fat, but in certain places, cuz i worked out but then i stopped. and were can i buy a pilates video, i live in canada so like were can i get a video like that? like HMV or something? thanks
can guys do pilates?

Do you think this is a good school …?

So, I want to learn Traditional shaolin kung fu, and there’s this school. But I’ve already been tricked once into going to a McDojo, and I don’t want it happening again. The school teaches southern tiger style of Shaolin Kung Fu. I need your help (website: http://shaolincentre.com/public/home.php ) They say they have pnly one school in Canada, two schools in Vietname and one in Dominican Republic. They also teach taichi and Chi kung(I think)

any good taekwondo instructors in victoria, canada?

Me and my family are moving to victoria next summer because of my dad’s new job, and i wanted to research the taekwondo schools there beforehand. i currently go to a very good school and have been training there for 5 years, and i will be taking my black belt test in exactly one week. I know that i couldn’t function without doing ANY martial arts at all there, and i would prefer to stick with my first style (although i may cross train some as well). much appreciated!

Did your tae kwon doe leader die because I said some thing?

When tae kwon doe was first starting from this all professional fat wrestler who was buying them in Canada and promoting them I use to kill these all fat professional wrestlers for real on TV with karate so he was interested on getting his fat hands on this karate thing and he was giving me some terms and all these rotten hidden things about tae-kwon-do and he said if I ever insult the head leader that he has got to commit harry karry and die. Well some years later about tweenty I walk by a do-jo and said to there sensi Gay-wond do or some thing like that with a coulple of days the leader was dead and it was publize all over. So the question is did I killem with a few words? Did he keep his deal with the fatman who was funding him?
