i asked earlier about oregon laws and child support, its not the dad its the mom, the child is 9, she left when he was 3, me and the dad have been taking care of him since, she works at a job that only pays commision supposedly,her and her hubbie have satellite t.v., cells phones etc, she see the child whenever she wants, she served us papers for visitation which makes no sense, a stipulation is no child support, some lawyer told her if she didnt make any money she would not have to pay child support, i am seeking answers before we have to pay a hugh sum of money for a lawyer (her mom is paying for her lawyer) thanks alot (we only asked her for 75.00 a month to pay for a karate class he is taking) but she said she could not afford it thanks again
