recently ive put on some weight..not a lot but about 15 pounds in a year..please dont give me crap about im fine cause honestly im not. no i dont want to starve myself i do want to lose about 10 lbs though. i exercise (i take taekwondo and play baseball) i think its my diet since im always on the go.
whats a 7 day eating plan. i dont drink soft drinks and i like salty food and the occasional sweet. oh yeah and im 15.
