Is this a good diet for a 13 year old girl? (Please read on..)?

Breakfast – 1 weetabix cereal biscuit (i can never finish 2 biscuits)

Lunch – Salad or Whole weat pasta or Brown pitta bread filled with salad

Dinner – Changes from day to day but i would say no more than 800-900 cals.

Snacks – Muller tropical yogurt drink, Fruit and veg.

I will also be doing 30 mins exercise 6 times a week plus pilates for 3-4 times a week.

How Long Will It Take To Start Losing Weight?

I am a female, 23 years old, and need to lose 70 lbs. I have been on a diet for about two and a half weeks now. I walk 3.0 miles in one hour per day on a tred mill, do leg streches, about 100 crunches, and lift five pount weights every other day 50 times per arm. I also do some pilates. I drink about 6 bottles of water a day, and limit my meals to a cup os cereal and dinner, which conists of protein foods, low startch/no carbohydrates, and only one small serving. I feel that I am more muscular (i deffinately have more muscle in my arms and legs now), but the scale is still reading the same. When will I start to lose poundage/fat?

planning my workout?

starting monday, i’m going to try my HARDEST to stay on my workout that i just though of. like once i wake up at 9 or earlier .. to go and walk to the park and back and for about 30 minutes. then eat this basic 4 cereal and water. then later on the day, i plan to do yoga from the tapes one is about 30 minutes and the other one is like an hour and a half. that .. or i can just dance my heart out haha. i’ll also eat a small lunch as well dont know yet .. but nothing junky like pizza .. maybe rice or something ..not sure. then later at night i’ll go walk again and do some crunches and stuff … and each week .. i’ll change up something or add something .. so if i do this completely .. will i see results soon?
and like my other post i did called, “i need help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?” haha .. i’m very dedicated to losing weight.

i’m adding so many details that i forgot .. sorry guys. but i weigh 129 lbs right now at age of 16 with the height of 5 foot. or 5’1″ .. i plan to lose about maybe all of that 30 lbs .. or to weigh at least 100 – 110 ?

What am I doing wrong? Any Suggestions?

I am 23: 5′ 10″ tall: and weigh 214lbs. For about 6 months I have been eating healthier and exercising at least 3 times a week. My diet consists of fresh fruit and yougurt for breakfast, lunch can be a bowl of cereal (measured according to the serving size on the box) or a salad, or turkey sandwich no cheese or mayo. And dinner is 2 servings of veggies and a serving of meat (usually chicken, turkey or fish) Drinks through out the day are milk, juice, and a lot of water. And for snacks if I get hungry between meals, is usually fruits, cheese sticks, or yougurt, ect. And I eat just enough to get me to the next meal. About 2 months ago, I even increased my exercise to 5-7 times a week and I haven’t lost a single pound. My exercising includes Monday: Pilates & 1 1/2mile run P-ups and S-ups. Tuesday: Step Aerobics Wednesday: Leg toning workout with friend & Pilates Thursday: Circuit Training and Friday: Some form of cardio for 30 min and more P-ups and S-ups. What’s wrong?

What am I doing wrong??

I have been trying to lose weight for months now. I run 4 days a week, 2-3 miles each time. I also take a Pilates class once a week. My diet is similar to this– high fiber cereal for breakfast, slimfast bar as a snack, a 230 calorie meal for lunch (usually the microwavable kind from weigh watchers), whole wheat pasta, lean chicken breast, rice or veggies for dinner. I usually have desert after dinner but I don’t go overboard. So, why am I not losing weight?! I am still the same size as when I started running months ago and I have noticed only a slight difference in my body. I drink water and watch my portion size, but nothing helps. I am so frustrated that I feel like giving up. Could there be something medically wrong with me? Most of my fat is in my hips and stomach. It won’t budge! Help!
