how much do you think ill lose in 6 weeks if i keep up what i did today? how about 10 weeks?

living a healthy lifestlye has become important since my dad has diabetes and my uncle died from heart disese. im 5’6 and 135 lbs. i used to be 5’6 and 120 in great shape until i got sick and then went on bc which made it hard for me to lose weight. since ive stopped using bc pills i have lost 6 lbs. i want to get down to 118 then tone up. today i ate kashi golean cereal with light soy milk (170 cals.) 3 slices of mango, south beach bar (140 cals) veggie patty (70 cals) fat free cottate chese (123) asparagus (15) and tomatoes, mosserella cheese and avocado on top of my patty for dinner ill have a salad and meatlkess chicken. maybe some yogurt later on. im going to get 20 min. of high impact aerobis, 40 of pilates, 25 mins walk (1.8 miles) and then strength training.

how much do you think ill weigh july 30th (vacation date) and by august 23? ill keep excersing once school begins again but not as much just enough to maintain. but how much do you think ill lose by those dates?

i feel like i have ate well today, but then i feel like its too mcuh. how am i doing?

for breakfeast i had kashi golean cereal- 110 cals and 1/2 cup of light soy milk. during summer school i had a south beach diet cereal bar and 3 slices of a mango. for lunch i came home and had 4 asparuguses with a vegetable boca patty ( 70 cals) with mosserella, tomato and avacado on top, no bun.(like 160 cals) also fat free cream chese. i dont know how much cals are in mango nor in the bar i had. listing all the stuff in my head i felt lke i have ate toooooooo much, have i? i want to lose weight, like 10-15 lbs this summer. am i on an ok track? its going to be hars since im 135 and 5’6 so i imagine i wont lose as much as if i were 196 lbs. im planning on running 20 minutes, wvlkinhg 2 milkes and doing pilates tonight. what do you suggest i eat for dinner? i was thinking like fruit salad and meatless chicken. or maybe a spinach salad with meatless chicken on top? any suggestions? thanks for those of you who help me. :)

I would like to keep loosing weight now that I am off a stubborn weight phase..?

I have been doing the Special K cereal jump start diet for 2 weeks, and it worked wonders! that combined with pilates & strength training has gotten me off a stubborn weight plateau I went thru for quite a while, but tomorrow is the last day of my jump start diet – how can I continue to loose weight in a healthy way, and keep it off for life??? Please help, your input is very much appreciated :)
Special K cereal diet consists of cereal for breakfast & Lunch – a healthy snack in mid- morning; another snack in the afternoon (after lunch) and a balanced dinner meal and of course lots of water and exercise.
