I’m talking like wiping off the counters, washing dishes, ect.
I find even when I’m cooking I’m just sitting in a chair. I still do yoga, pilates, and tai chi, but like in the mornings when things HAVE to get done, I’m so so so tired. (i’m eight months btw)
I’m just curious if anyone else does this and if they do or whatever does anyone have any tips for those of us who are worn out?
My father has had back pain for yesrs, and i want to do something cool for him for father;s day. i thought about a massage chair, yoga lessons etc.? do these seem like good ideas?
