I have been doing Pilates for 6 months and my muscles have expanded. My chest is bigger and my upper arms are enormous. I can’t fit into my blouses. My abdomen is hard but is popping out of my middle. I am so sad. Am I doing the exercises wrong? Do I need to lose more weight? 5′ 5″ 140 lbs. Someone told me that when the fat burns off the muscles will look toned. Others told me that I will always be bulky. I stopped doing Pilates 2 months ago and I am already shrinking but I don’t feel fit. Please help and please explain what is going on. Thanks
