What do I wear to a pilates class?
I know this sounds retarted, but really I’m starting a pilates class today &I don’t know what to wear…
I need to wear a cup for my karate class, but i”ve never worn/purchased one before.?
I know that I need a cup that is the “wrap around” kind, not the flat kind. What I don’t know is how to buy one and if there are differnt kinds and if I need to buy a jock strap to keep the cup in place or if there is some kind of special underwear that has a “cup slot” that I’d put the cup into. Never played sports in high-school so I’ve not had to deal with this before.

I am trying to get into shape should I take a a spin class or a Pilates class,?
I am in horrible shape.. lots of fat no muscle.
also how many calories should I have a day? how do I find that out? I dont want to go in to starvation mode
