I am on a 19000 calories per day diet and also doing 30 minutes of aerobic dance every day, 7 days a week, followed by Winsor Pilates 20 minute workout. My pants and clothes feel like they are fitting me better and my stomach LOOKS a bit flatter, but the scale says that I have GAINED two pounds from last week! This is so discouraging! Has this ever happened to anyone else?!?
