we reffered to so many doctors but no body came to know that he is having cancer. at that time it was the initial stage only. now that we had came to know his condition is so bad. he used to be so fit. he used to do yoga everyday.one doctor had responded to us please anybody of you con help me then please do. i would be very grateful to you. that doctor is from indoor. thank you.
I use to do Hung ga kung fu but ive gotten bored of it cause we condition more than we learn how to fight & it will take 10+ years to master. So is karate good? what good does it do for you? how fun is it? how long does it take to get a black belt?

i NEED to be faster and more conditiong since i am losing in tournaments beacuse of two things:
1.im slow gota be faster
2.i get tired fast
i CAN do some nice kicks and combos and stuff but i dont do them fast like it is sopposed to be.Also when im in tournaments(or at the class when we practice sparring)i get tired in one freacking round.So any tips
NOTE:i have a punching bag but i think there are some nice excersies that help your speed other than kicking like a sicho on the bag and thats what i want to kknow(and the conditioning)
