Do I need to visit an ENT doctor? I also suffer from hay fever and rhinitis. This is an embarassing condition, I can’t do fitness such as yoga. Any suggestions? I didn’t have an accident that could have caused this.
It has only happened to me once before and that was years ago and it only lasted a short while. I got some medication from the doctor too for hayfever and I did tell her about the problem but got no specific advice. The nasal spray and tablets don’t work at all. Post nasal drip?! What is it after ‘post’?
P.S. Thanks guys, I appreciate your replies.
The nurse says that as we age, our spine gets more and more compressed and that causes us to get shorter. She says that this is perfectly normal. While it may be perfectly normal, Is there nothing we can do to reverse this condition? Is Yoga or Pilates the anwer, by stretching the spine? I don’t want to just sit around and do nothing as my spine slowly gets more and more compressed.
I have a condition called Chronic Daily Headaches. I have had them for about 7 years. They arent migranes and I’m tired of taking OTC pills to help because I’m worried about ulcers. I have tried psychotherapy, meditation, physical therapy, massage therapy and accupuncture. I have also tried at-home-aromatherapy but there is no cure and little relief. Anybody have an suggestions?

I have learned some things about the best exercise for people with my condition, but I would like to know more. I have started Tai-Chi and I’ve heard adult tricycles are great(I’m planning on getting one), but I would like some more options. I would especially like answers from other fibro patients, or other people with conditions that limit them to low-impact exercise.
What do you do? What feels best for you?
