I want to record a guided meditation (relaxation) cd. What would record companies find attractive in signing a contract with me? and what are the types of contracts usually made?

I don’t want to sound like I don’t think my class is worth $100.00 but the thing is that on my contract it says I will have to pay my instructor $74.69/month for a period of 6 months. Not only that, there were other fees such as joining and had to buy a uniform which it’s ok too. But his excuse is that we are now on a nicer building and had to make renovations to it too. I like my class but something inside of me tells me he is full of it….and not honoring his side of the contract. I spoke to him about this and would not allow me to break the contract. What do you think? Would you pay the $100.00/month or not? I’m tempted on just giving him the agreed amount every time but have a feeling he will not accept me in his class….and plus give me a bad note on my credit report. mmmmm????
I’m not on post and am dealing w/ a company unfamiliar w/ the smcra. Our children and myself are on his orders for his overseas duty station, can not continue going to the taekwondo class in texas and they have just told me they are unable to remove our command sponsored children from the contract because they’re not the service member. ..does anyone have a link specifying something like a command sponsored dependent terminating a general contract such as this or a cell phone (i’ve been able to cancel the cell phone contract that was registered under my name via the smcra, so something as minimal as a taekwondo contract would make sense if it overlapped w/ something like that, too). It’s so silly, how is someone going to do martial arts in texas if they’re living in germany?

…let me get out of the contract. It stipulates that the injury has to be permanent. I already went to the doctor and he told me it would be stupid to continue with it cause it will further damage my knees. He signed a form but the TKD school keeps on saying the injury has to be permanent.
What can I do? Any legal action possible?

i didn’t know that the 2nd contract had sneaky terms formatted in 1′st contract (a,b,c form).originally there was a health reason release term(b).it was taken out on 2nd contract.term b was rewritten with term c from 1′st contract & set in a,b form.i didn’t catch it until later, when i have developed gallstones.my doctor said i need surgery.i gave the school my doctor statement.then they informed that the health reason that was in contract one isn,t apart of the new contract.can anyone help with my situation please include referance material i can research.thank you all
