I joined the track team in my school last year. Although I didn’t gain much muscle, I lost 40 lbs. Now that I’ve lost all excess fat, I want to gain muscle and. However, I also take taekwondo classes every monday, wednesday, & friday (i am willing to go one less day a week). Is there any way I could get in shape for both without overworking?
PLEASE NO VAGUE ANSWERS. I don’t need to hear “run every day” or “practice often;” I already know that I have to do that.
Also, I have no money to buy fancy equipment.
I forgot to add, I am not that fast, and I’m not completely sure of what kind of diet to follow.
