Help me find a Martial Art?

I have always been interested in martial arts and the culture of china. I am not trying to learn this martial art as a defense, though I would like it to be a martial art that I could use. I was hoping someone could recommend a martial art for me that is in my interests. I am looking for a martial art that uses more of counters, then aggressive attacks. I have researched Tai Chi, but I was wondering if there were any others. I am 6’2 – 220 lbs, strong built person, if this helps anyone recommend me a martial art.

Thanks for the help.

Does anyone have any advice for an american woman going on a first “date”/ social outing with a Korean man?

The man I’m referring to is new to this country and I initiated everything by asking him to a party. He is my son’s Tae Kwon Do intructor and my Tai chi instructor. I felt there was an attraction between us, but was pretty sure he assumed I was married because I have a child. When I found out he wasn’t married I found the nerve to ask him out. I figured a social atmosphere was the safest bet concidering he hasn’t been in America very long and there is a language and culture barrier. At any rate, he accepted my inviation without hessitation. As far as I can tell he was flattered and surprised by the invitation. I don’t know much about Korean culture much less dating so I could use any advice on this upcoming “adventure”! Thanks.

Religion Crisis?

Ok, so basically, this is what is going on… My entire family has been Lutheran and Catholic forever. In recent months, I have started to lean toward a ”Wiccan” culture/religion. I’m not sure how to explain this to my family, as they believe it is ”evil” and most likely won’t allow it. Anyone have suggestions as to what I do?? I think they already have a bit of an idea that I am not Lutheran/Catholic; my Mom caught me in one of my meditations and has walked in on me trying to OBE. I’m not really ready for their response to this, but I don’t want to keep it a secret any longer… What should I do??
Due to common misconception::::
Wiccans do not believe in evil; there is no “Satan” and “Demons”. You can check it out here:
